Ballantrae and your association management company “The Twenty Seven Group” would like your architectural application process to be as smooth as possible. The following steps will help guide you, which will help us expedite the approval process. All exterior projects must be approved through our easy, clearly defined application process BEFORE any exterior home and landscape improvement work begins. The Architectural Review Committee ("ARC") has posted all necessary applications below.
Please read the application form carefully. Fill out the form and attach ALL the items on the checklist that are requested. Please complete the application in its entirety, because incomplete applications will cause denials or delays in processing the application.
Your Ballantrae Member Handbook contains everything you need to know to comply with the Ballantrae design standards and guidelines that apply to all exterior home and landscape improvements, additions, renovations, replacement projects, and recreational equipment installations. Please note: Effective January 1st, 2022 architectural applications fees have been waived.
There are two ways to submit your application to us.
- You can mail the form and accompanying documents to The Twenty Seven Group, 6059 Frantz Rd Suite 202 Dublin OH 43017
- You can email your form and accompanying documents in one file to ARC@ballantraedublinoh.com.
Once your application is submitted, you can follow the progress and status by logging in to your owner portal. You can access this site by visiting
