Ballantrae Community Association

Welcome

On behalf of the Ballantrae Community Association, it is our absolute pleasure to welcome you to the neighborhood! Whether you are moving into one of our single-family homes, condominiums, or villa homes, we are thrilled to have you join our vibrant community of over 950 households.

Ballantrae is a truly unique place to call home—a master-planned development where growing families, young professionals, and retirees all come together. First established in 2001 around the Golf Club of Dublin, our neighborhood was designed to evoke the spirit of a genuine Irish countryside. As you explore, you will quickly notice our signature touches: the hand-stacked rubble stone walls, rolling hills dipping into shimmering ponds, tall grasses, and the distinctive trio of dancing hilltop hares.

Beyond our beautiful Irish aesthetic, Ballantrae offers an active, nature-filled lifestyle with incredible amenities right in your backyard, including 62 acres of parks, 35 acres of lakes, and more than 3,300 trees.
